Saint Augustine Ballet is calling for experienced tap dancers, male and female, between the ages of 8 and 18 to open auditions on Saturday, January 23, 2016 for their production of Peter Pan. Auditions will be held at Abella's School of Dance located at 1711 Lakeside Avenue, Unit #9 in Saint Augustine. Registration for tap begins at 11:30 a.m. with auditions starting at 12:00 p.m. Dancers must be currently taking tap classes. The choreography is not suitable for the very beginner.
Auditions are open to all students regardless of dance studio affiliations. All dancers, male and female, must bring a head shot to the audition. Bring tap shoes and dress in appropriate tap attire: black leotard, bike shorts, and tights for females; black jazz pants, and white t-shirt for males. A non-refundable $25 audition fee will be charged at the time of registration, cash or check payable to Saint Augustine Ballet.
Once cast, there is a non-refundable performance fee of $175 that covers rehearsals, costume rental and fittings, plus a cast t-shirt. Audition registration forms will be available at the studio. If you have additional questions, please contact email@example.com.
