St. Augustine, FL (March 25) - Beginner vintners and curious wine lovers are invited to participate in a three-week course on the Art of Wine Making, starting April 12, at the St. Augustine Art Association.
Jim White, a craft vintner for over ten years, will instruct students on the step-by-step process of producing affordable, quality wine, from fermentation to bottling. Topics include: wines of the world; local and regional wines; aging, storing and serving; suppliers and market trends; identifying qualities of good wine; food pairings, and more.
"Small batches of great wine can be made right in your own home," said White. "It's easy, enjoyable and inexpensive, once you have the know-how."
