Grants & Awards
  • Tourist Development Council (TDC) Arts Culture Heritage (ACH) Grants: We proudly offer Tourist Development grants known as Arts Culture Heritage (ACH) grants through the support of the Tourist Development Council to "tell the story of St. Johns County to the world." These funds are made possible through bed tax dollars and must be used for out-of-county marketing expenses.

  • State of the Arts Grants: St. Johns Cultural Council (SJCC) provides mini grants of up to $500 for arts and cultural activities within St. Johns County, FL. Funding is made possible through revenue from the sale of State of the Arts (SOTA) license plates in St. Johns County.

  • ArtReaches Fund: All tax deductible contributions to SJCC supports our ArtReaches programs. 

  • Recognizing Outstanding Women In The Arts (ROWITA) represents lifetime achievement and is awarded to women who have made significant contributions to the St. Johns County arts community.

  • Junior ROWITA Fellowships nurtures graduating high school women who plan on advancing their artistic skill through continued study and training. There are three $500 Junior ROWITA Fellowships, one each in Performing, Literary, and Visual Arts.
